Established
in 1999, Precision Hydraulic Technology perseveres to be a leader in
developing high technology Smart Machines (S-Mac Machines). Our
activities involve many turn key projects that require high level
software, human-machine interface, data acquisition and
repeatability.
In 2004, we launched our first
product: LABPRESS. A high precision hydraulic press that is
so versatile for use with complex manufacturing processes and
material testing. The first such system was introduced in 2000 where
we set up two laboratories for the National University of Singapore,
known as High Performance Concrete Research Laboratories (HPCRL).
Similar technology was used in supplying a few presses to some very
prestige customers for quality control and research purposes. In
some cases, we also conduct testing for the customer using make
shift set-up. All our activities requires the use
of high accuracy components such as servo valves, high resolution
hardware and well known software. It is the high level of hydraulic
competency that makes us the best in our field. And we intend to
make it better.
Other Activities
  
In
the aviation sector, we have proven our competency in building
PC-based test rigs with Skydrol Oil as well as “red-oil” (ie:
MIL-H-83282). These test rigs are used for testing both Boeing and
Airbus components as well as fighter jets and helicopters (Superpuma,
Chinook etc) In the marine sector, we have proven
our ability to build PC-based Wire Rope Testing Machine (1000-ton)
as well as other supporting equipments such as constant tension
winch and linear winch. In the water and
environmental sector, we have been engaged in various PUB projects
that requires the use of hydraulic system to control penstock (ie
giant sewer gate) and weir gates.
